THE MOON GOD

Ibrahim then called the moon “my lord” (K 006:077). Finally, Ibrahim saw the sun and said that of the sun, moon and stars, the moon was greatest of the three (K 006:078).

When he saw the moon rising in splendour, he said: “This is my Lord.” But when the moon set, He said: “unless my Lord guide me, I shall surely be among those who go astray.”     K 006:077

When he saw the sun rising in splendour, he said: “This is my Lord; this is the greatest (of all).” But when the sun set, he said: “O my people! I am indeed free from your (guilt) of giving partners to Allah.     K 006:078

IN the NEXT VERSE …. Ibrahim said the moon-god created the sky and earth (K 006:079, see also 007:054, etc.)

“For me, I have set my face, firmly and truly, towards Him Who created the heavens and the earth, and never shall I give partners to Allah.”     K 006:079

Islam also is a supersessionist faith (K 003:067) and a supremacist belief system (K 003:139; 005:056; 008:030; 009:029, 033; 048:028; 061:009).

Abraham was not a Jew nor yet a Christian; but he was true in Faith, and bowed his will to Allah’s (Which is Islam), and he joined not gods with Allah.    K 003:067

So lose not heart, nor fall into despair: For ye must gain mastery if ye are true in Faith.     K 003:139

BELIEVERS

Allah is the protector of believers K 002: 107   120   257   286   003:068   122   123
Idols are the protector of unbelievers  K 002:257

Allah is the Protector of those who have faith: from the depths of darkness He will lead them forth into light. Of those who reject faith the patrons are the evil ones: from light they will lead them forth into the depths of darkness. They will be companions of the fire, to dwell therein (For ever).      K 002:257

passive types would make good Muslims since they do not ask hard questions—an activity Muhammad said leads to hell (K 005:101-102).

O ye who believe! Ask not questions about things which, if made plain to you, may cause you trouble. But if ye ask about things when the Qur’an is being revealed, they will be made plain to you, Allah will forgive those: for Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing.

Some people before you did ask such questions, and on that account lost their faith.      K 005:101-102

The only thing Muslims can do is ask “Allah, why have you ordained fighting for us?” (K 004:077; also see K 002:216; 009:086; 033:010-012; 047:020).

Hast thou not turned Thy vision to those who were told to hold back their hands (from fight) but establish regular prayers and spend in regular charity? When (at length) the order for fighting was issued to them, behold! a section of them feared men as – or even more than – they should have feared Allah: They said: “Our Lord! Why hast Thou ordered us to fight? Wouldst Thou not Grant us respite to our (natural) term, near (enough)?” Say: “Short is the enjoyment of this world: the Hereafter is the best for those who do right: Never will ye be dealt with unjustly in the very least!      K 004:077

The fact that Islam is  a Jihad fighting machine explains why the punishment for apostasy is death. Apostasy is akin to deserting the army during a battle.

Allah was a war-god in pre-Islamic times is the fact that when the Makkans were about to have a civil war, war oaths were taken inside the Mosque next to the Kaaba. The oath takers then dipped their hands in scent and “rubbed their hands on the Kaaba strengthening the solemnity of the oath.”

MUSLIM WAR

There are two territories in Islam

… the territory of Islam and the territory of War.      Some consider the sixth pillar of Islam to be Jihad,

Mohamed told Muslims to fight until all religion is for Allah   K 002:093  008:039

And remember We took your covenant and We raised above you (the towering height) of Mount (Sinai): (Saying): “Hold firmly to what We have given you, and hearken (to the Law)”: They said:” We hear, and we disobey:” And they had to drink into their hearts (of the taint) of the calf because of their Faithlessness. Say: “Vile indeed are the behests of your Faith if ye have any faith!”     K 002:093

And fight them on until there is no more tumult or oppression, and there prevail justice and faith in Allah altogether and everywhere; but if they cease, verily Allah doth see all that they do.     K 008:039

with Muhammad who said, “Sacred things demand retaliation” (K 002:194).

The prohibited month for the prohibited month,- and so for all things prohibited,- there is the law of equality. If then any one transgresses the prohibition against you, Transgress ye likewise against him. But fear Allah, and know that Allah is with those who restrain themselves.     K 002:194

Allah loves those who fight in His way in [battle] ranks as if they were a firm and compact wall (Shakir K 061:004; also see K 003:146; 005:054; 049:009; 061:004).

How many of the prophets fought (in Allah’s way), and with them (fought) Large bands of godly men? but they never lost heart if they met with disaster in Allah’s way, nor did they weaken (in will) nor give in. And Allah Loves those who are firm and steadfast.      K 003:146

HAND & FOOT CUT OFF

Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment,     K  005:033

CUT OFF FINGERTIPS AND HEADS

Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): “I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.”     K  008:012

Islam is a fighting creed and the Mullah still stands in the pulpit with the Koran in one hand and a drawn sword in the other.
In every Mosque, according to orthodox tradition, from West Africa to Western China, a sword or staff is kept near or in Minbar, and it is required that the Khatib hold it when preaching the Friday sermon. In some cases it is made of wood—but the symbol is always present.

The Ayatollah Khomeini spoke on the purpose of Mihrabs in a 1981 speech celebrating Muhammad’s birthday:

Mihrab means the place of war, the place of fighting. Out of the Mihrabs wars should proceed. Just as all the wars of Islam used to proceeded out of the Mihrabs. The prophet has [had a] sword to kill people. Our [Holy] Imams were quite military men. All of them were warriors. They used to wield swords; they used to kill people. We need a Khalifa who would chop hands, cut throat, stone people. In the same way that the messenger of God used to chop hands, cut throats, and stone people. In the same way that he massacred the Jews of Bani Qurayza because they were a bunch of discontent people. If the Prophet used to order to burn a house or exterminate a tribe that was justice.

Mohamed’s only prophesy was who would win a war  K 30:002-004
